2teaspoonumeboshi pasteabout 2 umeboshi, seeds removed and chopped into paste.
2tablespoonvegetable oil
1tablespoonrice vinegar
1tablespoonwater
1teaspoon sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
