  • 2 teaspoon umeboshi paste about 2 umeboshi, seeds removed and chopped into paste.
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
